ENDOCROWN RESTORATION OF THE ENDODONTICALLY TREATED TEETH BY USING CAD/CAM: CASE SERIES

Aim: As a result of large coronal destruction in endodontically treated teeth, significant losses occur the dentin tissue around pulp and need for prosthetic treatment occurs. In this case series, endocrown applications produced single session with CAD/CAM system are presented as an alternative to crown restoration traditionally applied premolar molar teeth excessive destruction.
 
 Case Series: first case, 38-years-old male patient number 25, 46-years-old female 36 our second 21-years-old 46 third 26-years-old fourth last 52-years-old tooth 15 has been root canal treatment. clinical radiological examinations patients, it was observed that there were no systemic diseases. Endocrown considered appropriate recommended patients less tissue. Firstly, prepared restoration. Afterwards, impressions digitalized by scanning jaws intraoral optical scanner (Cerec Omnicam, Dentsply Sirona, USA). The restorations designed help CEREC 4.3 software (Dentsply USA) milling process carried out using feldspathic ceramic block (Vita Mark II, Vita Zahnfabrik, Germany) same inLab MC XL Later, glazed cemented dual polymerized resin cement (RelyX Ultimate, 3M ESPE, USA).
 Conclusion: minimally invasive, conservative approach provides mechanical adhesion chamber cavity walls adhesive allows preservation remaining structure. For reason, is option can be preferred instead post-core application
